The top 5 most viewed Properties in 2021 – Orgiva and Lanjaron, Spain

As we approach the end of 2021 we take a quick look back at the top 5 most viewed properties from the last year in Orgiva and Lanjaron.
It will probably not come as any surprise that the top 5 are dominated by Cotijos and Fincas this year, with a huge surge in demand for more rural and rustic properties. We have calculated this list based on the total number of views across all platforms and portals, not just YouTube. All of these videos have received thousands of views in total during 2021
Will this change in 2022 as the market returns to more normal activity levels, well, I guess we shall have to wait and see. In the meantime, let’s take a quick look a the most popular properties for sale in the area in the last twelve months. In fifth place is Finca Avellana.

Overview
It has been interesting to see the dominance of small and affordable Fincas and Cortijos across the property market this year, however as you can see from the second place, Villa Tilos, that good quality detached houses are still very much sought after.
